A program that requires your heavy involvement in the process of building your home.  In this scenario you are the most important person to move the project forward.  It is important that you have additional help with the duties required.  You can count on Build Assist to thoroughly educate you on the process before construction begins and to supervise your progress after providing you with what you need to begin the project.
The Advisory Level consultation fee is equal to 5% of the final cost of your home.



MANAGEMENT LEVEL

6. Weekly progress action meetings

The management level is designed to provide the initial education, consultation, scheduling and negotiations with on going monitoring and involvement.  Purchasing of materials at wholesale contractor pricing and delivery is included for additional costs savings. Weekly progress action meetings with you and subcontractors.

The Management Level consultation fee is equal to 10% of the final cost of your home.

EXECUTIVE LEVEL

8. Bookkeeping
9. Security program with 24 hour video and audio surveillance

The executive level is designed to provide the daily administrative duties in a turnkey approach so as to create a working partnership for on site supervision and direction. Financing assistance will be made available in addition to the bookkeeping, bill paying, purchasing and deliveries, and inspections.

The Executive Level consultation fee is equal to 15% of the final cost of your home.
